First Assignment, :D

Hello again, Sassy Suzzies, ! :)

This is my very first assignment for Journalism, :)

I went to a website that was through a students point of view, and you can check it out at http://jenruby09.wordpress.com/

When I first saw this site, it was really cool because they had a lot of pictures, which I find more fun to read. This student was basically talking about how some magazines are now only able to be put on the web. Maxim, a men's magazine, is one of those that is only allowed to be on the web now, not in print version.
James Brown who was a former editor for Loaded, wrote that "There are many reasons why the monthly men's magazine sector is collapsing. They became more narrow in focus, driven mainly by covers selling sex, and they were rendered less relevant by the arrivals of weeklies, frees, and specialist male newspaper supplements.'

Another thing they had talked about was using Twitter for Journalism. Patrick Thorton looked at how journalists can use different social networks to do better reporting of things. I personally believe that using these site can improve your writing, especially when other people can give you feedback about it. This will help you get better, because you have an outsiders point-of-view.
